The associations

Each association is managed separately. Fees and balances, common-area maintenance, resale and insurance certificates and clubhouse bookings all go to that association's manager rather than to a trustee, a neighbour or a broker.

Current management contact details come from each association and are not republished here without it. An owner will have them on a fee statement; a buyer’s attorney obtains them with the resale or 6(d) request.
